Installment № 001 of our monthly series ⴾ ACQUIRED TASTE

Nine person Listening + Omakase experience focused on: Oysters + Vinyl + Natural Wine & Cider. A mix of Basque + Baja + Japanese Culture paired w/ 100% vinyl from Guest Track Selectors playing LIVE on the Mastersounds HiFi. 

We teamed up with one of our longtime culinary homies, Chef Esteban Lluis, an alumni of New York's C.I.A. (IYKYK) who prior to the pandemic was cooking it up at San Francisco's acclaimed CALA Restaurant. We're sourcing ingredients directly from Chef Esteban's farm in Valle de Guadalupe as well as sourcing our oysters directly from fisherman in Ensenada through the plug that only the best Chefs have.

For that low intervention ♥ we linked up with the FAM over at Clos Wine Shop to curate a few selections to accompany the epicurean affair.
